03

Products & product information

Tizzah makes reasonable efforts to ensure accurate product descriptions, pricing, sizing, and imagery. However:
  • Slight colour variations may occur due to screen settings, lighting, or photography.
  • Minor variations in print placement, stitching, texture, or finish may occur.
  • Product availability is subject to stock.
All product images are for illustrative purposes only. Tizzah reserves the right to modify product details, update pricing, discontinue products, or correct listing errors without prior notice. Minor variations that do not materially alter the advertised product will not be treated as defects. However, a product that is materially different from its website description, specifications or images may qualify as an eligible product claim, subject to the Returns & Resolution Policy.
04

Pricing & payments

All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified, and may include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Tizzah currently accepts prepaid payments only and does not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).
ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS
  • UPI
  • Debit / Credit Cards
  • Net Banking
  • Wallets
  • Third-party payment gateways
All payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. Tizzah does not store complete payment card details.
05

Order acceptance & processing

Placing an order does not guarantee final acceptance. After order placement, payment verification, stock confirmation, fraud screening, and address validation may be conducted before processing.
WE MAY REJECT, CANCEL OR LIMIT ORDERS FOR
  • Suspected fraud.
  • Duplicate orders.
  • Pricing errors.
  • Stock unavailability.
  • Security concerns.
  • Policy abuse.
If Tizzah cancels an order because it cannot accept or fulfil the order after payment has been received, the amount paid for the cancelled or unfulfilled order will be returned to the original payment method within a reasonable period. This applies only to a Tizzah-initiated cancellation or an order Tizzah cannot fulfil and is separate from a customer product claim.
06

Customer Cancellation

Once an order has been successfully placed, it cannot be cancelled. All orders placed with TIZZAH are final for cancellation purposes. Customer-requested cancellation is not available before processing, after processing, during packaging, after dispatch or at any other stage. This cancellation restriction does not prevent an eligible size exchange under the separate Returns & Exchange Policy. No refund to the original payment method, bank account, card or UPI will be issued for a customer cancellation request. Store credit will also not be issued for a customer cancellation request. Refusing delivery will not be treated as a valid cancellation. Orders refused without prior written authorisation from TIZZAH will be handled under the Refused Delivery and Return-to-Origin Policy. This section does not apply when TIZZAH itself cancels an order because it cannot accept or fulfil it. In that situation only, the amount paid for the cancelled or unfulfilled order will be returned to the original payment method within a reasonable period.
07

Shipping & delivery

Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary depending on delivery location, courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, and force majeure events.
YOU WILL RECEIVE
  • Shipment tracking details.
  • Courier information.
  • Dispatch confirmation.
Tizzah works with third-party logistics partners for deliveries. While we make reasonable efforts to assist with shipment-related issues, delivery operations are handled by external courier partners. Full shipping terms are governed by the Shipping Policy available on the website.
08

Refused Delivery & Return to Origin

If a customer refuses delivery without prior written authorisation from Tizzah, the order will be treated as closed due to customer refusal. No refund will be issued to the original payment method, bank account, card or UPI. In rare and exceptional circumstances involving a genuine and verifiable reason, Tizzah may consider issuing partial store credit at its sole discretion. Store credit is not guaranteed and will not automatically equal the full order value.
Any store credit, if approved, will be processed only after the parcel has been safely returned to Tizzah and its contents have passed inspection. The amount will be calculated after deducting the original shipping cost, Return-to-Origin or return-shipping charges, and applicable handling costs. No refund or store credit will be processed while the parcel is still in return transit. If Tizzah instructed the customer in writing to refuse delivery because of a verified shipping, package or Tizzah-related issue, the case will be reviewed separately under the applicable claim policy.
09

Returns, Claims & Resolution Policy

General change-of-mind returns, refunds or exchanges to another design or product are not accepted. If a customer needs a different size, they must contact TIZZAH at care@tizzah.com within 48 hours of delivery. Once the exchange request is reviewed and approved, TIZZAH will arrange pickup of the existing order. The customer should not arrange or pay for their own return courier unless TIZZAH specifically instructs them to do so. After TIZZAH receives the returned piece, it will be inspected before the exchange is approved. It must be completely unused and unworn, unwashed, in its original condition, with all original tags attached and all original packaging intact, and must have no perfume, makeup, stains, alterations, damage, washing or other signs of wear or use. Size exchanges are for size changes only on the same product and do not permit switching to another design or product. A request must be raised within 48 hours of confirmed delivery for both a normal size exchange and a damaged, defective, incorrect, missing or materially different product claim. The evidence requirements differ: normal size exchanges do not require an unboxing video, while the item claims do. Every damaged, defective, incorrect or missing-item claim must include the order details, clear supporting photographs and one complete, continuous and unedited unboxing video recorded from the sealed package through the full unpacking. A normal size exchange does not require an unboxing video.
Once an approved size-exchange item passes inspection, TIZZAH will dispatch the requested available size of the same product. If the requested size is unavailable, or the product is completely sold out, store credit for the eligible value will be issued for a future purchase. For an approved damaged, defective, incorrect or missing-item claim, replacement of the exact same product will be provided first. If that replacement is unavailable, the applicable store-credit resolution will be used. Cash refunds to the original payment method, bank account, card or UPI are not offered for normal size exchanges or customer product claims, except where required by applicable law.
10

Store credit policy

Store credit may be issued when an approved damaged, defective, incorrect or missing-item claim passes inspection and the exact same replacement product is unavailable, or when an approved size-exchange item passes inspection and the requested size is unavailable or the product is completely sold out. For a size exchange, store credit will be issued for the eligible value.
  • Will equal the eligible value determined under the applicable policy.
  • Is non-transferable.
  • Cannot be converted into cash.
  • Cannot be transferred to a bank account, card, UPI or original payment method.
  • May be used only for future purchases on the official Tizzah website.
  • Will have any applicable validity period clearly communicated at the time of issuance.
Store credit is not a cash refund and cannot be returned to a bank account, card, UPI or the original payment method. Replacement of the same product remains the first resolution for an item claim. For a size exchange, the requested available size of the same product is dispatched after inspection; store credit is used only when that size is unavailable or the product is completely sold out.
