What size should I choose?
We recommend checking the size chart on each product page before placing your order. If you prefer a relaxed fit, we suggest sizing up.
How should I care for my Tizzah garments?
- Wash inside out
- Cold wash only
- Mild detergent recommended
- Do not bleach
- Do not iron directly on prints or embroidery
- Air dry for better longevity
How do Tizzah drops work?
Most Tizzah collections are released in limited quantities. Once a product goes out of stock, restocks may not always happen.
What is a pre-order?
Pre-order items are products available for purchase before they are ready for immediate dispatch. Estimated dispatch timelines will be mentioned on the product page.
Will sold-out products be restocked?
Some products may return in limited restocks, while others may never be reproduced. You can subscribe to restock notifications on selected products.
Are product colours exactly the same as the photos?
We try our best to display products accurately. However, slight colour differences may occur due to lighting and screen settings.

We currently deliver across most locations in India and selected international countries.
Where is my order shipped from?
All orders are shipped from our operational facility in India.
What are the shipping charges?
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order value.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
No. Tizzah currently accepts prepaid orders only.
When can I expect my delivery?
- Metro cities — usually 2 to 5 working days
- Other regions — usually 3 to 7 working days
Delivery timelines may vary during launches, sales, or unforeseen courier delays.
Which courier partners do you use?
We work with trusted third-party courier and logistics partners depending on service availability in your region.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email, SMS, or WhatsApp.
Why has my order not shipped yet?
Orders generally take 1 to 3 working days to process. During launches or high-demand periods, dispatch timelines may be slightly extended.
Why is my order delayed?
Delays may occur due to:
- Weather conditions
- Courier disruptions
- Public holidays
- Operational delays
- Remote delivery locations
We appreciate your patience in such situations.
Do international orders have extra charges?
Yes. Customs duties, import taxes, or local charges (if applicable) must be paid by the customer according to their country's regulations.

How do I confirm my order?
Once your order is placed successfully, you will receive a confirmation email or message with your order details.
I am unable to place an order — what should I check?

Can I cancel my order?
Orders can only be cancelled before they are marked as "Processed". Once processing begins, cancellation may not be possible.
Can I change my delivery address?
Address changes are only possible before the order enters the processing stage.
How can I pay for my order?

- Other supported online payment methods
The product I want is sold out — when will it return?
Some products may restock in limited quantities. You can subscribe for restock updates where available.
I won't be available to receive my order — what should I do?
Please coordinate directly with the courier partner using your tracking details to reschedule delivery if available.
When something isn't quite right with what arrived.
I received a damaged product — what should I do?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Order ID
- Product photos
- A proper unboxing video
Claims without unboxing video proof may not be accepted.
I received a wrong or missing item — what should I do?
Please contact our support team within 48 hours along with:
- Order ID
- Product images
- Unboxing video
Our team will review the issue and assist you accordingly.
Why is an unboxing video required?
Unboxing videos help us verify transit damage, missing items, or wrong-product claims fairly and securely — protecting both you and us.
Returns, exchanges, store credit, and refund eligibility.
Can I exchange a product?
Yes. Eligible products can be exchanged within 48 hours of delivery, subject to our Return & Exchange Policy.
Products must:
- Be unused
- Be unwashed
- Have original tags and packaging intact
How does the exchange process work?
After approval:
- Customer ships the product back
- Tizzah inspects the product
- Exchange or store credit is issued depending on eligibility
How long does the exchange process take?
Exchange or store credit processing may take approximately 7 to 10 working days after the returned product is received and approved.
Can I return a product for a refund?
Refunds are only provided in approved cases involving:
- Damaged products
- Wrong product delivered
A valid unboxing video is mandatory for refund claims.
Will shipping charges be refunded?
Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the error occurred from our side.

Yes. GST invoices are automatically generated for eligible orders.
Do you offer custom designs?
Currently, Tizzah does not offer custom-made or personalised designs.
